Review summary

Everything was great with the exception of the Cruise Director. Service was wonderful. This is the first Carnival cruise that I have had issues with.

Ship was nice. All of the ship's help was great with one exception. Cruise director was not real friendly and always had rude answers to questions that were asked by passengers. I have been on Carnival ships in the past (always enjoyed each and every one) and have never had any problems or issues until this cruise. Cruise director needs to not be so rude.

@ambrose274 FTTF will help, we always purchase it. We also take our own luggage off and we're usually the 1st ones off! You'll have a meeting place and time just as if it was an excursion.

Getting off the ship was a pain in the ass last year at the Jacksonville port. I purchased the Fast to the Fun for our upcoming cruise. Hopefully it makes the process better.
