Probably booked a low deck interior on a last minute deal website and tried to request the captain's suite once onboard along with free specialty dining, free cheers package, and spa services and got mad when "management " said hell no!

Your cruise history shows one cruise. Is this your first cruise? You gave Half Moon Cay a one star rating saying it was “a complete waste of time, managements design to monopolize your money”. (Most cruisers absolutely love HMC). We do as well. You gave no positive ratings or comments. Maybe your experiences were bad, or maybe you left your house with a chip on your shoulder...
