Pleasant Surprise because i didn't expect much. Overall nice experience even though some things could be better. Kids had a good time and we were able to relax. Overall good, but would go on bigger ship next time.

Loooonnnnngggg lines! Had to wait outside in the 90 degree hear for what seemed to be forever. Once inside, we had 2 eight lane swirly things and a line at the desk to check in. Very unplesant.

4 out of 5

Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Dinner service and staff were excellent. Breakfast staff was not quite as attentive
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Ship is dated and needs to be redone. However, bathrooms were larger than expected. There are few and hard to find bathrooms around the ship. Better off going back to your room. The ship as a whole was ckean.
Cabin / Stateroom

I knew she ship was old, so I was expecting dated digs.
Ship tip
Get early dinner or anytime seating because most shows are during late dinner.
What, you didn't like Jacksonville as a homeport? Why? I have my own reasons for detesting Jacksonville after living there the longest year of my life. Good tip on booking the early dinner seating if you want to make it to any of the shows. Although we were aboard her while she was homeported in New Orleans bound to Cozumel, it's basically the same cruise. I'm curious if your experiences aboard Elation and in Nassau were anything like mine. First time trying Chef's Table. Check out my videos and compare.
