Review summary

We just returned from a wonderful vacation aboard Carnival's Elation and I have to tell you, it was the best vacation our family has ever had. We had a bit of a bumpy start in the planning process due to a death in our family and our Travel Agent, Sharman Carter, helped me make expedition reservations so efficiently. She even took the time from her own family vacation to help me with my planning issues. She also had a case of water bottles and pool toys waiting for us in our state rooms when we boarded the ship. I will definitely be using Sharman to plan our next vacation in Mexico. I would also like to give a big thank you to the on-board staff. Nelson, our dinner steward and Johnny, our state room steward...treated us like royalty. I just could not be more pleased with our trip. Thank you so much! Courtney Rima
