The food was great and it was great to be able to dine at our convenice.I was totally disappointed in the wait for a drink at the bars. Most of the bartenders ignored us because they where understaffed. Lucia was great though. If she was working we typically had no long wait. To bad the rest wasn't that way. There was one other guy at the pool bar that was amazing too. They are the only reason it's not a bad review. The few poolside activities was fun and highly entertaining like the hairy man and synchronized swimmers contest. There really should be more of these types of things. It helps socialize more people and it's entertaining.

Cabin / Stateroom
Our steward was great. Vita took great care of us.we had Problems with the toilet flooding our bathroom a couple of times and the carpets was old and moldy.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
This was a horrible horrible horrible experience. I am sure it's due to making more money and not really considering the inconvenice to their guest but they have 2000 people coming on and off the ship at the same time. Embarkation was time consuming and just not very organized. We had to bring all of our luggage on board and dragging all that weight is not a pleasurable event for 3 hours. Our check in was at 11 so we got there about 1030. Traffic and parking was a nightmare again because so many people at one time. By the time I got through customs a couple hours later I was seriously debating on not getting on the ship all together. Then disembarking, what a nightmare again. Not only is it bad to be ran out of your cabin at 8 am but also you have to stand around after that for at least 2 hours to disembark. The problem was that the elevators was being used by 4000 people with luggage and everything. The people loading and unloading the elevators was rude and not helpful at all. I felt like cattle in line to be slaughtered.
Ship Quality
The ship is currently being remodeled a little at a time. The shops where not opened until late the night we left Mexico. Sad thing is that everything they sale is high prices and not really anything that is souvenir type gifts. I was really disappointed. Our toilet in our cabin also flooded a couple times.
Destinations and Excursions
We loved Cozumel. We did not do any excursions due to only being there one day. The only thing I will say is be prepared to be pulled every direction by locals going through.
Onboard Activities
The few poolside activities was fun and highly entertaining like the hairy man and synchronized swimmers contest. There really should be more of these types of things. It helps socialize more people and it's entertaining.
Entertainment
It was typical cruise stuff nothing to exciting

Tip
