advertises carnival cash, but you will never get any of it. They have language so that they can deny you the money. I am also pretty sure this post will not get posted too.
The ship is generally clean and nice, but the finish is loud and gaudy.

Pros: Decent Cruise

Cons: Cruises.com adverstises 100 cash back, but does not deliver

Recommends Carnival Elation? Yes!

Entertainment
Entertainment was not very good. seems like maybe they have cut the budget. Live music was more like a DJ
Ship Quality
Decor- what is with the orange painted rooms/hallways? Maybe they get a good deal on orange paint.
Food and Dining
The food was good. Great sandwiches. Deserts were less then good.
Cabin / Stateroom
Rooms were fairly big compared to other ships I have been on. Ugly interior, but clean and functional.
Children's Programs
They have lots for kids to do.
Service and Staff
Most staff were great. Only one we had a problem with were some of the drink servers. They are a little pushy about selling drinks.
Ensenada, Mexico
Not much in Ensenada in my opinion.
