Review summary

Had fun visiting with my family. Will go on another cruise but not on this ship.

Embarkation

We were within our arrival time and they put us in the line for late and early arrivals. It took forever to get through the line.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Horrible water..thank god I bought bottled water. I called and complained to customer service they said they were unaware of any issue even though I saw many reviews recently online that are complaining of this problem. The food the first night in the MDR was good, but only mediocre the rest of the week. Buffet didn't have a very good selection, but guys and blue iguana were great!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
There was a lot to do, or not do if you don't want too.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We really enjoyed the comedy club.

Service and Staff

Room steward was great. The cruise director was fantastic. Only issue we had was that maintenance never came to my kids room to fix the shower or the air.

Ship Quality

Second day on ship was walking down the hall, and there was water pouring down from the floor above, let a steward know it took maintenance a long time (over an hour)to finally come fix it. Also there is a sewar smell that wafts through the halls at times luckily it didn't seem like it was a constant thing.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a great extended aft balcony. My kids had an interior that was on the corner from us that had issues with air and water pressure U220.

Ship tip

Make sure you buy water prior to sailing.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

1 out of 5
Was very annoyed that we kept getting followed by people offering to give us tours, I realize that this is how they make their living but when I politely tell you No and you keep following my family it is very annoying. My son is autistic and was so upset that my sister had to take him back to the ship, even though he had wanted to go to the beach. This is not a port I would get off the ship again.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

We loved the island. The one thing they need to work on is the burgers they were really overcooked.

Really quick to get through customs. Also loved that they kept our group together.
