Review summary

All in all we had a great time. The ship isn't the best but the staff were pretty good. The stateroom though small was kept very clean. The dining was ok. The bars were not sufficiently staffed. Constantly had to wait forever for a drink. The shows were great. The excursions weren't too expensive. The drink package is worth the money and so is faster to the fun.

Staff inside the terminal are elderly and acted bitter towards everyone. I was shocked at how rude they were to people.

Guys berger's were great. The buffet not so great. Main dining hall was was nice and the food was better than I expected.

Onboard Activities

Didn't get it chance to even use the pool because it is so small and it was overrun by teenagers. Hot tubs too.

Entertainment

Cam the Cruise director was awesome. And put on a great show. The scavenger hunt was hilarious (Adults only) and the love and marriage show was also hilarious.

Service and Staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the waiter we had in the main dining hall. The first night we ate there he even told us he wasn't a good server.

Ship Quality

The staff are constantly cleaning the whole time. The ship does need to be updated. The hallway to our stateroom always smelled like raw sewage for some reason.

Cabin / Stateroom

The ocean view is small and very inconvenient. The porter was very nice, friendly and helpful. Kept the room clean every day.

Disembarkation

The same bitter old staff were there to rudely welcome us back. We also found out that if you buy 4 cartons of cigarettes on the boat they red flag you when you get scanned to leave the boat. We had to pay customs $20 in taxes that the store staff hadn't warmed us about. But they fast tracked us off the boat passed the long line and we were out of the terminal in less than 15 minutes.

Actually I'm a very quiet and polite person. I had every right to be rude in return but I wasn't. I take it that I hit a nerve. People like being treated like human beings not cattle. Especially after paying the amount of money that we do. I just figured the first time we were there that staff were just having a bad day, heck everyone does. But nope we saw the same treatment for the second time when we returned. May God bless you all and I hope you all have a good day!

Staff in Jacksonville are awesome folks. We do get RUDE GUESTS sometimes and I’m guessing you may be one of them😜😜😜
