Review summary

Had to leave the ship they lost our carry on luggage at the terminal my wife turned around and they took it and by time she realized it was gone it was in a secured area and they would not let us get in to find it. So waited at room but no luggage it was gone nobody would help find it until it was time to leave port they treated us like shit all they cared about was leaving port not finding our luggage my wife needed her kidney medication and that was in the luggage and my meds were gone also a controlled substance I was not happy they were not going to find our luggage so we had no choice to disembark as an emergency medical reason I was so disappointed from carnival gave us a bad taste in our mouths we always use carnival cruise lines go on two a with in twelve months we will find another

The porters in Jacksonville took the all our luggage even our carryon before we got off the bus they were not supposed to take it so we saw them take it to the luggage area so that was the last time we saw it so CARNIVAL IS AT FAULT CAUSE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO OUR ROOM BUT IT WAS NOT

I wear contact lenses and we both have medicines we need. There in a small bag and it never leaves my sight.

We kept all meds in carry on and kept carry on with us. We only checked our bigger bags.

We had no problem with ours kept the carry ins in hand the port workers load the luggage not Carnival. Only issue we had is our wine bottle broke. Didmt know we had to carry it on that was our fault first time on cruise. Now we know

How in the world did they take your carry on it's up to you to keep up with that carnival has nothing to do with it so why would it be their fault

The bags are in the room by 1pm you couldnt wait to get it then. At the absolute latest it would be there before dinner but thats very rare.
