My room steward Ildefonso was AMAZING! He always took the time to call me by my name. He went the extra mile to ensure that my cabin had everything that we needed. Very friendly gentleman I received a pedicure from Anne Marie and she did a fabulous job. She was very engaging and made sure that I received a legendary experience.

The ship is old and it smelled like sewage the entire trip.

The cabin itself was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower floor seemed as though there was a hole in it.

Take plenty of Febreeze for the sewage smell.

Went on the Ecstasy last fall for 8 days. Had a wonderful time with no problrms. It's a great ship! !

Why do people take the cheapest cruise possible on an old ship and then complain about the conditions? The cruise lines out there oldest ships on short cruises from non-traditional ports to attract new cruisers who don’t have anything to compare it to. Experienced cruisers are usually disappointed on these cruises while first timers give great reviews. Try a 7 or more day on a newer ship for a better experience.

I would never go on the ecstasy due to all of the horrific incidents that have happened on it during its history. This ship is cursed!
