For first cruise, definitely great experience and highly recommend for anyone who has never gone on a cruise. Will definitely be looking to book another trip in the future.

Our wait staff took excellent care of us and made sure that we had our needs met before we could even ask for anything like refills or bread. Juan was especially attentive and remembered us each night as we came in by name, made us feel special and important to him.

Enjoyed the spa services, using the workout facilities and walking track on deck 14. Loved that could go at almost anytime and they were never too busy or too full with guests in workout facility.

Our steward made sure that we were fully taken care of everyday and when needed, he was there additional times to provide assistance.
The staff was of great help with assisting my Grandmother who uses a walker to and from the island on the Tender. They made sure we were on correct one so that she could use the ramp at the island to get off and on the tender. Lunch was delicious and it and vendors on island were courteous and friendly.
Everyone was super helpful and we had first class service. So easy to get up, eat breakfast and then relax until our luggage was cleared through customs. Definitely the best way to go!
My recommendation. You tried a cruise line and liked it. Before loyalty points become an issue, try something different for comparison. Can return if this ship makes you the happiest.
