Review summary

The Grandkids had a great time. I was not impressed with the Buffet cooks who never smiled and acted like they were doing you a favor to serve you.

The room Steward Jhoni was excellent.

They are doing you a favor! They are serving you. They only work 16 hr days. Would you be smiling if you were maybe lets say 15 hrs into your shift? Sorry but that sounds ungrateful of you.

Actually they are hot and tired, but I find if you thamk them for serving you it puts a smile on their face, kind of a thankless job.

Your on vacation....they are not. If the fact that they didn't smile is the only problem, I'd say you had a good vacation....a three rating cause they didn't smile? Really?
