Review summary
I feel that I was duked --- especially after having planned the cruise several months in advance! After adding another adult, to help with the handicapped individual on the cruise well before the cruise date, which resulted in a room change where one would reasonably assume that all would be comfortable, THIS WAS NOT THE RESULT!!! We were crammed like sardines which was both a fire hazard, in my expert Safety coordinator & trainer experience of over 20 years, as well as uncomfortable!!! Separate from the room accommodations, when we were out & about around the ship, there were some doorways where one would be thrown into the back of the wheelchair while pushing the wheelchair, if not careful, for the ramp in the door-/entrance-/exit-way was too high to get over without forced assistance. You learned not to repeat such a mistake after the first time per problematic doorway! The bathroom floods after showering for the floor did not have a barrier to prevent the water from pooling under the toilet and under the sink. Just recalling these experiences is upsetting me all over again!
