I was disappointed with travel agent of Skymilescruises. I asked if hair dryer was available on my room in advance. He answered it was definitely available and I did not take the dryer. But it was not. According to a housekeeping, the dryer was not in the ship I sailed on. I and my wife were unhappy. I will never ask my travel in the future
