Review summary

The ship was clean. Housekeeping was outstanding in stateroom and in public areas. There was a lot of planned activities that catered to different interests. The shows were a little cheesy, but we enjoyed the comedians and the Newlywed/Marriage game.

Food and Dining

Service was just ok in the dining room. Had to ask for more coffee, bread and never received wine that was ordered. Hostess was friendly and always greeted with a smile, but the server was not as friendly or efficient.

Entertainment

Live music at the pool was too loud and not enough variety. Enjoyed the pool more when just the radio was playing.

Service and Staff

Housekeeping was great..they were the exception. Unfortunately, was not "WOW'd" by any other staff or department.

Ship Quality

The ship was in good shape. The layout was a little frustrating around the galley and restrooms not necessarily in the best locations. I was surprised there was not a restroom close to the Blue Grille.

Cabin / Stateroom

Would have received an excellent, but controlling the temperature of the stateroom was a challenge. Seemed strange that we had no control on the temperature. Way too cold for December!

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Atlantis Submarine was fun. Do not have to do it again, but it was something different. Opted to shop just off the dock, but experienced higher prices and less willingness to negotiate.
