Review summary

Being handicapped, I have to pick my vacations with that in mind. I have found cruising is the only way to go. I have been on 25 cruises with Carnival. They take good care of me. I am met at the dock,Carnival personal are there waiting on me, with a wheel chair. They either take me to a lounge or on through customs onto the boat. Once onboard the staff including the officers watch out for me. If I get frustrated or look like a retard they are there to help, even giving moral support. I always have a good time and have many more booked.

Was perfect. They put me in a wheelchair and took me to the lounge in the port. When time yo board, they sent a person with a wheelchair and took me onboard

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining room was a bust only ate their once. Staff we hard workers, but understaffed. Took too long was there for almost three hours. You could see the food getting cold. They would have to stop and dance, while you could see your food getting cold had to leave before eating all the desert with coffee. Steak house, and sushi place, along with cafeteria style food was better.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
One of the better casinos not as smoky with a lot of no smoking machines

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Balcony. The room steward was exceptional. Came by twice a day with ice and to see if he could clean room. We told him we just needed him once a day. The steward said there might be a emergency. He was always around. Helped me get my walker in and out the door.

Ship tip

You will have a great time

Was wheelchaired off, through customs, delivered to the shuttle bus, and in my car by 8:00 am. Very efficient if you follow orders

Seeing as you say that you are handicapped, I would have thought that you would have avoided using words like "retard".
