Review summary

The best part of our cruise was the shore excursions. Each port was fantastic. The ship was very nice although the hot tubs were often out of order or just not open, I later was informed the ship was going into dry dock in a couple weeks so I imagine the hot tubs would be fixed then. I would have liked a discount since it wasn't a fully functional ship.

The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 2 people. There was plenty of storage available. The 1st floor location was convenient for getting on and off the ship.

Ship tip

Bring a non surge protector extension cord with multiple outlets there is only 1 plugin in the room.

Why not go to the service desk and let them know about the problem??? NO JUST complain about it after the fact.

I have been in the Dream three times and going again next month. One or more of the hot tubs are always needing service and none of them are ever hot. By the way what's the deal with the negative responses. I would hope Carnival watches theses and corrects the issues. Most companies want to know where they are needing to provide better service for their customers.
