heap Cruises is a TERRIBLE company to go through!!! My wife and I booked this cruise for our honeymoon from December 20-27. We got married on the 19th, and I told cheap cruises over the phone. Cheap cruises booked our flight to leave on our wedding day at 5 am!! When I called to see if we could switch our flight, cheap cruises did NOTHING and showed NO SYMPATHY towards our situation. We're newlyweds so we don't have a lot of money, just enough to make the cruise, and they want to charge us almost $1,000 extra to cancel and change flights! They wouldn't do anything to help us, so to save some money, we booked our own flight which was cheaper. Come to find out, after the cruise, that our flight home was canceled. We were stuck in New Orleans with NO COMPENSATION! We had to spend more money that we do not have to get a hotel...WE ALSO HAD TO BUY MORE PLANE TICKETS OUT OF OUR OWN POCKET!!!! We were not able to even get a flight for a couple of days through United Airlines. We switched over to Delta Airlines and they got us home on a one way flight, and we had to pay for our luggage twice!...once again, no compensation from United Airlines. In short DO NOT USE CHEAP CRUISES THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! They hook you up with UNITED AIRLINES WHO HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SWINDLES YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY! DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!!

This should be a review in the actual boat and not cheap cruises

Cheap cruises is notat fault. All airlines charge for canel or change of flight for $200 or more per ticket. The cruise line is not at fault for your change of plans you should have checked it out before you booked.

Not ONE mention of the ship, itineraries, food, cabin,crew or onboard amenities!! This is a CRUISE REVIEW website where you are supposed to review your cruise experience, cruise line and ship. Your post has absolutely NOTHING to do with the cruise, just your disappointment in your booking agent. I agree with BrownEyedGirl...go the your agents forum if they have one and complain there. Or even go to the Yelp website to complain about CheapCruises. You review iof the Carnival Dream is NULL!!!

What does this have to do with the actual cruise? You need to go to a 'Cheap Cruise' forum and give this rating since that's what your review is about. How was THE CRUISE? That's what you were supposed to write a review on. And FYI, anytime you book through another company your gonna pay more. They have to take there share & Carnival shouldn't compensate something that has nothing to do with them

truly a bad experience (but what a huge life lessons - got that one over and done with) no where to go but up with the marriage! you have a great story for your grandkids and someday you will look back and laugh. however, I agree this belongs on a cheap cruises forum and should not reflect on the ship or cruise line.

we always get travel insurance just incase these situations occur. it is a peace of mind thing for us. better luck next time and congratulations on your wedding.

CHEAP CRUISES SAYS IT ALL !!!!!!!!!How about doing another review and tell us about the cruise ????Carnival Dream had nothing to do with your problems !!!!!!!!!!

Like others have said, congrats on the marriage and sorry for your problems with cheap cruises and the airline. But why give the Dream a bad rating? You didn't once even speak of your cruise. I hope it was good. And just FYI for the future, you can always get the same good deals directly through Carnival.

I always book directly through Carnival. I have never entertained Cheap Cruises so called deals , OBC , etc etc .

I'm so sorry to hear what happened to you. I truly am. Congratulations on your marriage, by the way. It sounds like it's the fault of the company that you booked everything through and not Carnival Dream's fault. Doesn't seem fair to blame them and give them 1 star. Again, congrats on your marriage

So sorry for your problems. Congratulations on the marriage. I only use Carnival and Book everything through Carnival now. That happened to us we were to fly from Little Rock to Seattle for Alaskan cruise. Spent night in Houston airport and had no food. Just orange tic tac.
