We loved this ship, it was beautiful. We loved the water park, slides and over the deck hot tubs. Serenity was a beautiful and relaxing spot to just "veg" for a while. The golf course was great. The big screen by the pool was super, as were the shows. We saw some great shows in the Encore lounge, way above and beyond shows on prior cruises.

We had the best waiters in the dining room. We were traveling with a 3 year old and 7 month old and they were wonderful, especially with our ever mind changing 3 year old. The food was really good, and beautifully presented. There were enough choices to make us all happy every night.
Entertainment

The shows in the Encore lounge were just fabulous. The comedians in the Burgundy lounge were a riot. We saw some really great stuff.

Everyone we came into contact with was just super, with the exception of our cabin steward. David and Antolin in the dining room were superb!! Mouna in the kareoke lounge was great, especially with our 3 year old ham of a grandson. She even gave him a "microphone" when he decided to perform. We were never introduced personally to our cabin steward so we don't know if it was a male or female. Just a few minor flaws such as water not being replaced, towels going to the wrong room. We gave a "best" rating though because everyone else was so wonderful.

This is now our "ship of choice" for any further cruises, and we plan on going on many more!!! We spent a lot of time in the Burgundy lounge and loved the decor there. The Encore lounge was just beautiful.
Cabin / Stateroom

We usually book a suite, but there wasn't one available for this cruise so we had a balcony room. Our main problem was getting food trays in and out because the space was so narrow.
Pros: Everything about this cruise was wonderful.
Cons: Our cabin steward was the worst yet, but we didn't have to "deal" with him!!
