Review summary

This is a brand new ship, Carnival Dream, and it was absolutely beautiful. The artwork, designs etc were marvelous! As always the staff was beyond attentive and friendly. Our waitress for dinner went above and beyond all of my expectations! The room steward was fantastic, never bothered us, always new exactly when to clean the room and was never intrusive!

The dining room and the service was spectatuclar. The food was however not up to my tastebuds standards. Some meals were excellant, some were less than. Our head waitress, "Bianca", was absolutely fantastic. She new exactly what we wanted, most thorough waitress I have ever encountered! Her team member "Antolin" was also spectacular, he knew what type of bread we liked and took the time to notice the little things.

Most friendly staff I have ever encountered! Ever the cleaning crews, the maintenance people were all so friendly. Anyone would take the time to see how your day was going and to ask if you needed anything.
