Embarkation

Super easy. We had priority boarding. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breezed through in minutes and were quickly on board.

Food and Dining

Ignatius and his team in “my time dining room” (Renoir) were wonderful. Food was good. Buffet was varied and did the trick. Guys burger and iguana cantina delivered. BBQ only disappointment as it was served quite cold.

You can’t miss the “Love and Marriage” show. Cruise Director, Stefan, was fun. They had a lively 80s late night party as well.

Service and Staff

Friendly staff everywhere. Iputu at Casino bar was a highlight. As well as Ignatius and his team in Renoir Dining room.

Ship Quality

Largely the ship was quite clean. However… We were disappointed in the sticky smeared hand and finger prints all over our Grand Suite’s cupboard and dresser drawers.

Cabin / Stateroom

We got a good upgrade deal on this cabin. It’s large. We decided we probably only ever will need a standard balcony but the extra space was nice. As mentioned earlier, it’s clear the staff doesn’t have time/means to really deep clean. “Stuff” smudged and smeared on many surfaces. A little off putting. Also our balcony external light was not functioning. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning.
