I paid for internet but it did not work and the refund was less than what I paid. My last night, we had to call security twice but they failed to resolve the issue. So I had to do it myself. My sister cabin 8233 want to sail again.

Review summary

It was too short, but it started out as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, but he bailed out at the last minute so I had my sister go with me. My other sister in 8233 Leslie Marshall said that she would be in my cabin cause she was too far away and was uncomfortable being in the cabin by herself. However, when she got in there, she absolutely loved it. It was her 1st cruise and she is ready to go again. Thank you!

Extremely long line for those with birth certificates and no one was in the line for those with passports. Seems like they should've had some of the people go through the other side.

Thanks for your review! Glad you all enjoyed the cruise, especially your sister for her first cruise! Internet on the ship doesn’t compare to on land. But at least they have it. Compared to the old days where there was no internet, no cell phones, we are all spoiled.

Glad you guys enjoyed the cruise! Embarkation and disembarkation are handle through the port and homeland security. Certain protocols must be followed and those without a passport sadly take longer to process. I agree, more people checking would expedite, but again, that is beyond the control of the cruise line. I hope you ladies can cruise again soon!! 🛳️🏝️
