I will never let this ruin my cruise and I will continue to cruise carnival but the room service as far as cleaning the room and getting things Hoy need like toilet paper have went down tremendously

This ship either needs to be refurbished or scrapped the decor is very very old and out dated

Thanks for your review. The old world decor never goes away as many cruisers enjoy this style. When selecting a cruise find a ship that fits your style, there are many to choose. I personally enjoy the more modern Vista class.
