Review summary

The ship was a nice clean ship. It didn't appear to be outdated. Our room 7293 was well kept, it only had one outlet but we made do. The food on the ship needs a LOT of work! The main dining was VERY slow! The food was presented well but it was always cold! The buffet didn't have much a of a selection for kids and what they did have was usually cold as well. The seafood shack was good. The burger joint was your typical burger. The deli needs help! Probably will not cruise conquest again.

I've read so many times about your experience on the Conquest. Just because ours wasn't as rosey as yours doesn't mean "cruising isn't for us". When my wife did the review, she left out a bunch of other issues that made this a less enjoyable cruise. She didn't mention that people were yelling in the hallway at 3 am almost every night. That there was quite an enormous "ghetto" element on the ship. In fact, there was even one fellow passenger wearing an ankle monitor. Not every cruise that a particular ship goes on is created equal. Our experience was ours. Yours was yours.

Wow, we didn’t find any of those problems and we were just on the Conquest the end of March. Our dining service was fast and the food was always delicious and hot. We also went there (MDR) got breakfast. Did not care for the buffet so went to Guy’s Burgers, The Deli , or pizza for lunch. All were great. The only thing they could improve on is the muster. We had to stand waiting 45 minutes for the INCONSIDERATE people who didn’t show up on time. The cruise was great and we loved the ship. Maybe cruising isn’t for you.
