Review summary

All in all I enjoyed my cruise...however, the service was subpar. The only person we felt deserved an extra tip was our cabin steward. We were ignored after being seated on multiple nights in the restaurant. I understand they're busy but 30 mins to be acknowledged is excessive. Our cabin steward was great though. The ports were great and we had a blast.

We had the same experience. The first four nights we were seated immediately in the door to the right and had Jose as our head waiter. Awesome service!! The last night we were in the middle and had another group of servers and the service was terrible. I ended up bussing my own table and then went and got the maitre de to get someone back over to our table.

Did you do any time dining? We found the service to be worse than assigned seating. Bit thats our opinion
