Review summary

Not our first Carnival cruise but have to say not my favorite! The ship is old and in need of many upgrades. The buffet was just okay but the food and service in the Renoir dining room and the steak house was excellent. The casino dealers were great (Jorge, Kyros) but had to deal with smokers who weren’t even playing any games! As others stated earlier Mat the cruise director was funny and very entertaining. Sorry for the not so favorable review but I call it as I see it.

They still have the enormous slice of cheesecake in the steak house! We paid $35 pp not $38!

The good news.. cheesecake back on the menu.. the bad news.. price went up to $38.

I was on the Conquest for Halloween 2015 and it was run down and in need of repair then. Most had no working A/C. Front Desk said they couldn't send anyone to fix it unless the room was over 85 degrees. Of course we had an interior.
