Review summary

We had a great cruise!! Once we got to Ocho Rios, normally they would have announced the gangway will be open shortly, well they never did that, they just started to let everybody off the ship without announcing anything, that was unprofessional, also we had to keep wiping down our cabin because all of the dust, I believe they need to change the filters! The cruise director Matt could have been better. Overall we had a wonderful.

The waiters in the main dining room, seem like they didny wanna be there, especially the lady, we had to ask for something to drink, it was a little wierd.

Regular announcements you do have to open your doors to hear it. If it was some type of an emergency you would hear it in the room.

We have found that on most ships you need to open the door for announcements when we asked why they said that people were complaining it was Disturbing there peace .. i guess they can not win but i still think you should be able to hear announcements.. what to you cruise buddies think 🤔

Luvata11 The cruises I have been on was always the same thing. Finally I guest the speakers must only be in the halls or something. Then it sounds like they are eating Potato chips while making the announcements.

FIRST time I heard something bad about Matt. Usually it is all praise. I thought he was exclusive to the Vista until at least next year. When I was on the Vista in December he kept it live and entertaining. I guess everybody is entitled to an off night or cruise and he is no different. Looking forward to going to Nassau on the Conquest in November and the Horizon after that. Thanks for the review..

We had a room on the conquest and every time they made an announcement we had to open our door because the speaker in our room did not work lol memories
