Review summary

My favorite part of the cruise was being able to relax and enjoying all activities available upon the ship. The storeroom attendants were awesome. I was not happy with the organization of the public dining on the Lodi deck. Long lines and flies everywhere. The embarking and debating process was very slow. I would not recommend this ship to Royal Carribbean cruisers.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The food line for morning breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very slow. There were morning where my family and I would just wait until 1015 am to come down to eat because of the extremely long lines and food not being ready for passengers. The pizza bat never had enough associates to help serve and would take 15 to 20 min to get a slice. The lunch and dinner lines were long and out of order and didn't move efficiently at all. The entire public dining experience was horrible. Also the dining room on the Lodi deck was always full of flies and drinking stations were always out of beverage for the passengers.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Eka was our storeroom attendant for rooms 7293 and 7297 and he was the absolute best. We never had to ask for anything he was very efficient with everything and made our stay in the cabins comfortable and great. We enjoyed Eka very much.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin experience was by far my best experience. The storeroom attendants were outstanding and met everyone of my family needs.

Ship tip

The Conquest overall was a good ship but dining services could be more organized and move more efficiently when guests are coming for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Servers need to make sure foodthat's out being served should be clear of flies. The embarking and debating process is very slow.

Public dining was not good. Long lines everywhere. Waited 40 minutes for a slice of cheese pizza. Standing outside in lines at muster stations for embarking for almost 1 hour. There has to be a better way to do this. Small kids get tired. Heck I got tired. Enjoyed a wonderful massage and payed a lot for it. When finished the lady started trying to sell me the products she used. Over 700.00. Could not get her to understand that I did not want the products. Her attitude changed and was not very nice. They dining room experience was great. Our wait staff was wonderful and very attentive to our five-year-old. His food was waiting on him when he sat down. As far as our room steward never really saw him that much. The times we tried to call he never answered the phone. Our rooms were very well-kept and we really did not need anything special. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and would do again.
