Review summary

First we were to check in at the airport, but the staff there didn't have all the information. I explained to staff, I am a VIP member and my card should be platinum not blue, she couldn't or wouldn't find my information. I asked why we were signing in at the airport and the questions were very roughly brush off. neat less to said I had to sign in again at the embarkation .

The waiting to get into the ship and the debarkation was a horrible experience. They destroy one of my mother suitcase and we were told the reason why it was broken was because "it had a lack on it" I have never heard such of thing. The whole Ship need inside and outside work. railing on the front of the ship broken. Balcony railing rusting, it was just horrible

the burritos and hamburgers were great. However, the buffet dinning areas the food was cold and twice I personally had to ask to refill the salad bowl, the bowl were empty.

Lester Biggs did and excellent job in the comedy show. However, we were rush out of the facilities some of us just wanted to seat and wait for the next comedian and we were literary thrown out.

The staff was not as pleasant as in other cruises. Captain night the photograph was in a hurry and the picture capture we our mouth open looking like we were talking. The only group photo we took it wasn't found. We were told it wasn't one of our photographer but yet he had a carnival ID.

Ship Quality

in cabin 1060 my friend stayed there and she notice how the railing were rusty. When walking around the front of the ship in the adult section we notice broken railing.

Too hot, the shelf in the bathroom didn't get wipe, didn't get ice or had a container to put Ice. there were not sample lotion or anything it was just an experience like not other but in the most horrible way.

Ship tip

This is not a tip as much as it a recommendation. My personal opinion it needs a lot of work from staff, to service, to treatment , hot food should be serve hot, and people shouldn't have to ask for food.
