This rating is excluding everyone other than the staff used for disembarking and ships officers in main lobby. Both groups were incompetent and rude. You use the young arrogant staff that is used for bingo, dance lessons and some shows. Disembarking to Grand Cayman was 5hr wait and your staff was rude so was the staff of the customer service booth, these officers didn't care and were blatantly rude. i swore off Carnival, I do not hesitate to notify anyone who ask of Carnival. This cruise was our 5th and last ever with Carnival. This ship is fun but, the nightmare begins when you have to deal with their staff. This cruise was Nov 2010 and our anniversary, Carnival ruined it, curses on you! AND yes i tried to compline to Corporate and on ship, no one cared. Signed - bitter, pissed customer with a voice that will advise everyone possible of how lousy Carnival is!
