Bad ending to a poor cruise!

Sail Date: December 01, 2009

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was clean overall and the service was good.

Pros: Our room 9261 was very nice and in a good location on the ship.

Cons: The debarkation at Galveston port was very unorganized and took three hours just to get off the ship! The weather was also bad which was no fault to the cruise line.
