Review summary

After cruising for 25 years and never with Carnival you get use to a minimum. Carnival does not offer it .

For breakfast buffet bacon is served every second day . The only item served by staff making lines long . Imagine 40 people in line just for bacon because Carnival does not want to let you take your own portions of bacon !! The Italian restaurant food is served tapas style and if you order the 3rd entree you'll be charged !! I personally was smuggling food onto the ship at every stop . If your use to getting what you want in life this trying to save the planet by reducing food is not for you . It's the excuse for them to make more money and give you less .

The 17th floor is packed with kids and the pools for 5k plus guests are too small and smell of urine.

Restaurants scattered around the ship ice cream machine hidden in the back of ship instead of near the buffet . Anyone who made the mistake to sail this ship has seen at least 1 person on the toilet seat because the hand free doors are complicated to operate. Tou can exit outside of the ship only from the 8th deck right side only and 16th and 17th

All good except the mattress. Carnival using the save the planet to give less and profit more with left ideology. The mattress is 5 inches .

They crammed 2000 people near the elevator door making it a disaster. People including elderly people forced to take stairs with luggages.

I am sorry you didn't get to eat and party like the poor souls that cruise on Carnival. It's funny it took 20 yrs for you to cruise Carnival and you choose the Celebration? Why? I think you had more fun than you let on. I think you wanted to see an XL class ship.and how Carnival does Oasis Class. Sorry you had to figure out that the party boat has rules. No food wasting. No 16 drinks a day and the bacon goes on Bacation. Your complains are valid but every cruiseline has there issues. At least Carnival doesn't nickle and dime like NCL. Or over price like Royal. Doesn't even take itself as serious as Princess and Cunard do.

Cruising during spring break can be a real disappointment. We went on the Celebration last year and overall had a good time. Carnival is known as a party cruiseline and I'm surprised you didn't already have some idea how it would be when you decided to book it.

Any Cruise line is going to charge four bucks for a water or $8 for a beer they have to make money to pay for them ships other than just the price to sail!!! Just for the room would never pay for all the food and everything else that they give away so of course they've got to make some money!!! And I'm glad they don't allow you to get your own portions of food a lot of people will go to the bathroom and not wash their hands and come out there and grab them spoons and then all of a sudden you're touching them so I'm glad that they do serve you your food!!!
