Loved this as our first cruise experience. The entire crew and staff made it so enjoyable we will definitely cruise again and again and again. So many took care of us from our room attendant Bobby, to Masha at the coffee café, Lance and many others for drinks, Frank and his incredible entertainment and all the performers, Schwartz the Entertainment Director was amazing, he was everywhere it seems and kept the excitement up and got us all involved, the staff in the dining areas, just a great first experience. Thanks so much Carnival for making this such an incredible experience...see you soon!!!

When disembarking in Jamaica the director said "wait until I say to go to deck 0". Then instead of 1 deck at a time disembarking he just said "everyone go to deck 0". 4000 people then proceeded to clog up all elevators and stairways. It seemed dangerous to me. The director had been on the ship 2 years and you would think he would know not to do that and, in fact didn't do that in the next 2 ports. Very strange. Otherwise all was well but crowded. Lots of lines to stand in.

Ship was over crowded. Had to wait in multiple lines just to eat. The deli was in a bad location. Ship layout wasnt the best to move around the ship. Wifi sucks dont waste your money. But overall had fun at the ports and enjoyed our cruise. We loved the freedom ship more.

It was our family's first cruise...our steward and dinner wait staff were amazing...we had such a GREAT TIME!!!

This is my 4th carnival cruise and they always do such a great job. Had a blast!

Overall a fun cruise ship. Director was always engaging and energetic. Captains were pleasant. Staff pleasant always amenable to requests. Dining area-Robert from India? does not seem want to make people laugh-too serious. Ique-tut was the nicest person.

The ship was great! All of the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The food was good and the cruise director, Schwartz, was very naturally entertaining!

It was enjoyable wish we could of spent more time on visiting

This was my first cruise and It did not disappoint. The ship with its staff and crew were amazing. The parts we visited were all amazing with extremely nice people everywhere we went.

The cruise director did an amazing job of creating a family experience for all. Staff were absolutely amazing and willing to engage with the newest members of their Breeze family.

7 nights on a boat is way too much for me and my family. There were way too many people on the boat. So we waiting in long lines for everything. People were rude and inconsiderate and the food was terrible. We went on a 3 night cruise back in March and it was much better than this one!

We all had a great time, I was disappointed in some of the shows and poolside entertainment, I did not feel they were child friendly. Our 10 year old granddaughter with us.

I was pleasantly surprised by this cruise. The food was very good, the staff were all very friendly and professional. Often times we have found that if you aren't on a newer ship going our of Florida the quality of the cruise across the board suffers but this one wasn't bad. They only real complaint I would have is late night eats. About the only choice is the Pizza Pirate where you will be stuck standing in line for 15-30 minutes. Nicer suites that accommodate more people would be a plus as we have a large family.

Overall my family and I had a good time. The cruise director, Schartz was awesome!!! The food choices were limited and I believe the buffets should always be in operation.

This is my 3rd cruise and Carnival Breeze was the best one yet. The entertainment was awesome. We have never enjoyed so many shows on one cruise. Everyone was extremely friendly, and everything was kept so clean. The stingray excursion was phenomenal! I can't express how much fun we had on this cruise. The cruise director was so personable, and was a part of everything. Our dinner waiters were the best - so friendly and accommodating. They bent over backwards for us. The workers who cleaned our room were also extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. Wonderful memories of this cruise!

My family had an amazing time for our 1st cruise. Alwyn was our steward and he was awesome!

Leaving the ship for an excursion and for disembarkation was total chaos. The dining room service was very slow and the food was just ok. The buffet food was just ok and the same thing every day...boring.

We have enjoyed cruising Carnival until cruising on the Breeze. From a dirty room on embarkation and a steward who was unavailable, to nearly $800 for a drink package and being ignored at bars for at least half an hour each time trying to order a drink (by unfriendly staff), to having to pay for room service or restaurants that charge extra because lines were too long to get food anywhere... The entertainment was repetitive - Same musicians every evening in the same places and singing/playing the same songs. Just overall, a regrettable waste of thousands of dollars when we could have booked on another ship or cruiseline and had a much better experience.

Jamaica was beautiful. Mr sanchos in Cozumel was the best.

This cruise was absolutely amazing! My family and I LOVED it!!! If you visit Cozumel, make sure you go to Mr. Sanchos!!!
