Read the documents. Ports can change, be missed, etc without notice. You want a refund? Maybe cruising isn't for you.

You want a refund because you missed a port? What about the food, room, entertainment, fuel, salaries, and more. Come on now. Let’s be realistic. If you go to the store and they’re out of milk, should the entire grocery bill be free? Answer, No. Your port fees and taxes were returned as is standard when ports are missed.

Your profile says that you went October 7, but your review says October 12. Going by your profile, you were given OBC for missing Progresso. We were on this same cruise.

You take your chances cruising in hurricane season, you can’t expect a refund for the weather. If you went to an all inclusive resort during the rainy season and it rained almost every day would you expect a refund?
