Very nice -- this was hubby's first so he really enjoyed it. Maybe you have no kids cruises and I just dont know but kids are a NO for me -- trying to relax not see them all crazy with food and running. Staff was exceptional. Maybe have some incentives or rewards for using parking garages and shuttles. Should have had some discount when Progresso was cancelled or at least OBC for pics or food.

Everything was great -- we didnt have a drink package for soft drinks but think there could be some fountain drinks in Lido offered not just juice or tea. I think those Cheers packages may pay off for the drinkers but for Carnival, I think your reputation and standards are compromised when we see people falling down drunk and acting like animals because they keep getting served liquor. Having to walk thru the smoke filled casino was horrific as well. I am sure there was a different way to avoid it but we could not figure it out. Why not have casino, smoking and drinking on one upper level away from those of us that dont. I like all you offer but am looking for an adult more calmer environment.

They were good -- Amber was annoying over the loud speaker system. Half the time could not hear in our room, her presence in the Ovation Theater was forced and she didnt seem very authentic.

Flic was great -- Comedy show was raunchy. This really seemed like Carnival lowered their standards. Altho it WA R RATED -- Kids were still there. Why do we want to endorse listening to people discuss human genitalia??? Bad choice -- her PG was not funny either

Hari Team Server from Indonesia on the Lido deck was exceptional! Welcoming, caring, service was his #1 concern! Not everyone serving had a smile or a good morning -- Hari did -- everytime! Harold in the Dream Studio -- exceptional service! This young man went above and beyond to really create memories. We LOVE his work! TerryLee Effy Ambassador -- great service and sales :-) She got us! Kadek, was our stateroom attendant from Indonesia. Can not say enough -- his proactive service and attentiveness was on point. We were very impressed with all your staff we encountered.

Talk to someone that has been -- tips on managing the portal for info, info on sodas and bringing some, time schedule to arrive.
Do research before you choose a cruiseline. Don't pick carnival if you don't want kids. Why do people think they should be compensated if a port is missed? Read your contract, it can happen. We never went through the casino, we just learned to go up a level. Glad you enjoyed cruising, but definitely look into different companies.
I think you enjoyed your cruise, and if so, I’m glad. Some things to help in the future: 1.) research your ship and your cruise line. Carnival is not an adults only cruise line, so kids will always be in the picture. There is a nonsmoking casino on the Breeze, and you can avoid traveling through the main casino by simply going up or down a level. I am not a smoker, but a 30 second walk through the casino has never been terrible. 2.) Comedy is a very hard job and what one finds funny, another may not. The best thing to do is lookup your comedian to get an idea for their style before sitting through a show. 3.) The bubbles drink package is very inexpensive and will provide you with all the soda you desire. Hope this helps in the planning of your next cruise. Cheers 🛳️🏝️
