I guess with Covid, the platinum lines are a thing of the past. Even with staggered check-in times, the line was quite long.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Specialty restaurants were great, Bonsai Sushi and Steak House were excellent, as were the buffets, however, MDR was a HUGE disappointment, badly prepared food (overdone/tough), ancient frozen shrimp, meager selection (where are the flat-iron steaks of the past?). Waitstaff were wonderful, of course, it's just that the quality of the food was terrible compared to past cruises. Three stars are due to all the other venues than the MDR

Sapphire Dining Room

2 out of 5

Service was great, food was an extreme disappointment

Tandoor

1 out of 5

Very sad to see that this venue has been replaced with The Seafood Shack. It was one of my all time favorite places on the ship

Redfrog Pub

5 out of 5

Great place to relax, have a beer and play games. A fav of my wife and I

Guy's Burger Joint

5 out of 5

Can't beat a double cheeseburger from Guy's. I suggest waiting until a fresh batch of fries are delivered for the best experience.

Fahrenheit 555

5 out of 5

Australian Waygu steak was to die for. Dessert was a work of art!

BlueIguana Cantina

5 out of 5

Breakfast burritos and lunch taco shells are great!

Service and Staff

Always happy and attentive, they do make for a fun day!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very used to this ship, have sailed on it may times, and it is as pristine as ever.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It's a standard balcony room, however this was our first cove balcony near the sea, we LOVED it!

Ship tip

Bring magnet hooks and an over the door shoe holder which can hold so much stuff to keep the room from getting out of control

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

4 out of 5
Did the ' all-inclusive' excursion to Passion Island...If you wanted a drink using an alcohol brand you actually heard of, you had to pay between $8-$10. Food was mediocre at best. Greatest time was the ride to/from the island.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
With facial recognition, getting through customs is a breeze (no pun intended)
