The process was a little chaotic, while we were lined along the wall for embarkation, passengers will cut in line and other passengers disembarked is trying to get through the line.
My wife requested wheelchair & assistance, that service was not available until we enter the check- in building, she was in so much pain that she almost didn't make it.

Our MDR staff, Jerson, lead team server, Riyadi the other lead team server (helper from upstairs of the MDR). Lasna our team server and Camille our assistant server treated us like family. We appreciate their professional service in a warm environment. Food was ok, some of the dish did not agree with me, otherwise it was great.

The bed was very comfortable, the cabin was clean. Just need more outlets near our bed for CPAP.
