This was our 1sr cruise since covid began. We usually cruise twice a year but I will say sailing at less that full capacity was PERFECT. there was never a time I felt my space was being compacted except in the theater for shows and I kept my mask on. (Theres mask bandits who take their masks off when the carnival employees aren't looking inside the theater) there's no way to distance in there. Other than that everything from the food to the entertainment was great.
Appointment time: 10:30, on the ship by 11:30.
Cabin stew: Ade... he was wonderful.
Parking: Galveston park n cruise(indoors) was across the street from the Port. Loved it! $80 indoors for 4 day cruise.
Embarkation

Galveston port was quick and easy to navigate. It was small but organized. I will give a word of advice: print everything including the negative covid results. The port rep didn't think the navica app results were acceptable so she had to take my phone to a supervisor to review.

Service and Staff

I can't say enough great things about all the staff. They were all very accommodating, and personable. ADE our cabin stew was impeccable! He kept ice in our room and fresh towels without us asking. In wait staff were awesome especially in suggestions and making you comfortable. The MVP was the Steakhouse!
Ship Quality

This has become my favorite ship. The Dream was initially but now the Breeze has taken over. I love the tropical feel even in the dining rooms!
Cabin / Stateroom

Spotless!
Pillow cases, bed, floor, bathroom!! Uber clean BUT we still wiped down everything with Quat anyway, even the balcony
Ship tip
Make reservations for the steak house!! Also look at the time your activities start and plan your meals around them. Too many times dinner ran 45 minutes over and we had to find seats for the shows
Very hectic.
Very don't come down until your mustar station is called but obviously people were not obeying that rule which caused those of us who know how to follow rules be delayed in getting off
Thank you for sharing. Our room is close to where yours was. We are excited about the room location, since it is close to the Lido deck. We have been wondering about Mr Sancho's. Good to hear it was nice. Thanks again,
Raymond
