Review summary
This was by far the worst vacation/ Anniversary we have had ever, Service was horrible we almost had to beg the room steward to service the room if it wasn't turn down service, the first day and a half we received no service at all, Most of your workers customer service levels were horrible, It was almost as though they didn't want to be there, We tried the 8:15 dinning to not only be let down there but also very aggravated, Service was horrible, it took us until 10:00 to receive our food and only for it to be cold, and tough, All of the other tables were eating dessert or leaving when our food finally arrived, we went to she service desk to make a complaint about the room service and the dinning and was told they would look into it basically for nothing to happen, ***KIDS***KIDS***KIDS*** Unattended, running around the ship at 2-3 in the morning pounding on doors and running, playing dodge ball with flip flops in the halls, and they had the Hot tubs loaded constantly. I can't blame it all on them due to the fact that when we passed the kids area all of the teens there looked about as depressed as the workers.
We were actually looking forward to going back with Carnival with this being the second cruise with them within the last year however THIS WAS THE WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! The Ports were Very nice however the ships service compares to Wal-mart, with the exception of Brad(Casino bar) and Myia( Serenity Bar) they were GREAT!!!!!

NxtCruiselinepl - When you are on a family cruise line, don't expect silence. My DH and I are in our late 60's and love watching the kids. Once there was crazy kid noise in the halls well after midnight and a call to the service desk quelled it. As to the stateroom, on most lines stewards work early morning to noon, then 3pm to late doing rooms and getting linens ready for morning. I will bet you don't work those hours (10 to 12 hours 7 days a week!) for their pay level! Respect and gratitude for the crew will go a long way to making your cruises enjoyable. As to the Breeze, it is awesome. My DH and I are Platinum on Carnival but have cruised several lines. We keep coming back to the Fun Ships for that... the FUN!! The Breeze is our current favorite and we hope to be on it again next cruise. We just got off a 12 day on the Liberty. It was, as usual, a great cruise with good food, great crew, and lots of FUN!! If you want quiet luxury, try Regent or Oceania. Leave the fun for us "kids!"
