This was by far the worst vacation/ Anniversary we have had ever, Service was horrible we almost had to beg the room steward to service the room if it wasn't turn down service, the first day and a half we received no service at all, Most of your workers customer service levels were horrible, It was almost as though they didn't want to be there, We tried the 8:15 dinning to not only be let down there but also very aggravated, Service was horrible, it took us until 10:00 to receive our food and only for it to be cold, and tough, All of the other tables were eating dessert or leaving when our food finally arrived, we went to she service desk to make a complaint about the room service and the dinning and was told they would look into it basically for nothing to happen, ***KIDS***KIDS***KIDS*** Unattended, running around the ship at 2-3 in the morning pounding on doors and running, playing dodge ball with flip flops in the halls, and they had the Hot tubs loaded constantly. I can't blame it all on them due to the fact that when we passed the kids area all of the teens there looked about as depressed as the workers.

We were actually looking forward to going back with Carnival with this being the second cruise with them within the last year however THIS WAS THE WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!  The Ports were Very nice however the ships service compares to Wal-mart, with the exception of Brad(Casino bar) and Myia( Serenity Bar) they were GREAT!!!!!

Cabin / Stateroom
The cabin itself was great, however our room steward was absolutely horrible.... Good luck with service if you have the same steward we have
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Getting on was a little slow but that was due to getting clearance, getting off was a breeze
Ship Quality
Great layout and décor, only problem was getting to the top deck (Serenity retreat)
Destinations and Excursions
Great Destinations
Onboard Activities
This cruise director seemed a little dry and spoke pretty low, Need more Cruise directors like Wally from the Elation outgoing and ebergetic, he was great
Children's Programs We didn't have children on this ship but the Kids in the programs we saw in passing seemed sad almost like they were at grandmas
entertainment was ok, Piano bar was great, Comedian on the other hand just laughed at his own jokes
Service and Staff
A lot of the staff seemed unhappy, depending on where you went to get a drink plan on waiting... (Hurry up and wait)
Food and Dining
Guys Burger Joint and sushi were great,
Miami, Florida
Falmouth, Jamaica
If you go out of the port don't turn left make a right and be prepared to say no thank you
George Town, Grand Cayman
GREAT PORT, there is no one hounding you to buy from them, you can actually relax
Cozumel, Mexico

See about switching to a different Ship
