It was ok.

Sail Date: March 22, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Suite

The cruise ports were great options, however very limited times at sites, perhaps omitting a site and staying longer than 6-8 hours.  Excursions were great.  Dinners in dining room were poor (I somewhat expected that with Carnival).  Spring Break so very busy, not enough chairs, long waits regardless of times at bars and food lines.  Had an ocean suite that was smaller than a balcony room on Princess cruise, very frustrating.  Great for teenagers who don't care about food or space.  Poor for adults wanting to enjoy any peace and a drink in a timely fashion.  I will not do Carnival again.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
lunch options good, dinner poor
Service and Staff
typically "wowed" by staff, nothing here
Entertainment
had options for teens and adults
Children's Programs n/a
Onboard Activities
repeated same things each day, like they were going to have a new group?
Destinations and Excursions
Cabin / Stateroom
Was not a suite. Smaller than higher end cruise balcony rooms
