Review summary

This was our third or fourth Carnival Cruise and we see Carnival cutting corners. The quality of the food and food service was not nearly as good as on prior cruises. The entertainment was third rate. The only really entertaining evening was the juggler. We had seen the exact same show on our prior cruise on the glory and he was very entertaining. The rest of the entertainment was not so great. Even though this was a new ship, we found the cabins to be smaller than in our prior experience. I don't think that we will sail Carnival again.

stateroom stewards were good but dining staff not so good. On prior cruises we developed a very positive experience with our dining staff. This time was not so much. Our waiter did not engage with us at all. He asked us where we were from on the very last night of the cruise and made no prior attempts to know us

We likes Aruba a lot but the tour we picked turned out to be a dud. It was suppoed to include 90 minutes at the Beach and when we got there, the Beach was not great and they kicked us off the chairs that the tour guide told us we could purchase for the day. So we were sitting on the sand at a crumby beach

My mom and I had exceptional service in the early sitting in the Blush restaurant. Luis and Joseph and other assistants were fun and could not do enough for us. We found a lot to do and we didn"t use the pool.. Mandy
