We live in Galveston too. We have cruised three times since having to take a test. We go to West Isle Urgent Care in 61st. It takes 15 min and they fill out a paper the cruise ship accepts.

UTMB is normally very fast. I have had about 6 tests done prior to several outpatient procedures.
