it helps if you know if the Breeze will dock at Terminal 25 or 28 (most likely 28). As noted, that express lot is literally right outside the door of terminal 28. if terminal 25, you might just walk across the street to their covered parking. Google maps in satellite view shows the best

Port of Galveston's express lot is the closest. It's directly within the terminal. There are several others within walking distance but across the street

Out of Galveston? If so, many parking lots are very close to boat and most have a shuttle. check out Port of Galveston parking.
