Review summary

The quality of service has declined significantly since we last cruised with Princess about 5 years ago, so that was disappointing. Food and shows were pretty good.

Princess is aware that folks who have a span of years on Princess vessels are noticing that. I was selected for a small round table and in my group of 10, most of us commented on that - with examples. Since they recorded all the tables, we are fairly certain the penny pinchers may see it.

We just got off the Caribbean Princess and thought the service was excellent. We’ve cruised with princess a few times and each time has been great. Of course there are the select few that don’t seem to care but over all our experience with the service was wonderful. Sorry to hear yours was not the same.
