Review summary

We had four cabins in a row and every one of them, plus several others in the same hall, had water leaking from the ceiling! We understand that things can happen, but this was handled unsatisfactorily from the beginning. We reported it on day one and several excuses later, finally moved us on day three. Upgraded two of the cabins, two others were more like downgraded, AND they separated our family throughout the ship. Including creating undue hardship for a disabled member of our family who now had further to walk to get anywhere on the ship (like the dining room). They offered a dinner in a specialty restaurant and flat out refused a refund. A letter to Corporate has gone unanswered. Is this the way Princess treats their passengers? Their survey was unfavorable and you can bet, none of our family will bother to travel with them again. So disappointed. Shame on you Princess.

We've had problems with Princess and P & O and always had them resolved with good compensation, looking forward to sailing with both again

Did u expect them 2 move others so that you could have 4 rooms cabins next to each other...as I know I would be upset if I was told the cabin I picked I had to vacate so people could stay together...they gave you cabins with no leaks..did I expect them to have 4 just laying around empty next to each other...be reasonable...you asked to be moved and they did then you want to complain it's to far from dining room or each other...please

So agree pierRunner. We swear by Princess and only choose them because of the service. If you have an issue whether it’s a hotel, cruise line, or a store for that matter the key is to remain calm, explain the matter rationally and watch the difference in how you are handled. Treat staff in kindness when a matter arises and they will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Sorry you had a negative experience

I swear sometimes people just go on cruises just to get a refund somehow or another
