Review summary

Average cruise......Ship and food not so hot...Disembarkation was a nightmare. Was suppose to be first off the ship because of 11:18 flight time, we could not get off ship till about 10:30 due to a accident with the dock ramp that the ship crushed when docking. We missed our flight and had to pay 520 dollars for another flight fron NYC to Cleveland for two. Cruise line was very rude and no help in getting us off the ship. Once we were off we zipped threw very easy.19th cruise, 5th with Princess, it will be our last with Princess for a long long time unless they compensate us for our airfare.
