Review summary
Our first cruise on Princess ships. Larger ship that we usually use but we chose it because there were reasonably priced handicapped cabins with balconies - unusual in our experience, Cabin was excellent and cabin steward was very good. Traditional dining was full so we had to take open dining. Not as good. Too much waiting between courses and the waiters were often distracted by the varied needs at tables in different stages of eating. Checkin at the Port was bad. We were directed to a table for handicapped but after a long wait at the table a checkin person walking by told us the table was no longer being manned. Moved to another line with an unnecesssary wait. We filled out a lengthy online form prior to the trip, but the checkin person told us that that information was not available to them and was kept in California. No apparent need or use for the form we filled in and submitted online.Pros: Availability of Balcony Cabins for handicapped travellers at a reasonable price
Cons: Tendering at ports
