Review summary

The Britannia was ok, i would do another cruise on her but not in europe! The weather along with the size of the ship caused us to miss Saint Peter's port and sail directly to Southampton. Made sense but had a knock on affect of the shops and casino being closed which just added to our frustration of not being able to visit Guernsey. To cap it all the winds caused over an hours delay for disembarking and finally due to safety we are still waiting for our wheel chair access friends to board our bus. Pity really for everyone as P&O can't control the weather ! Would like to say i will sail again but so sure now.

Its a shame about the weather and apparently lots of ships had to avoid certain docks, by hopefully you had a lovely time onboard.

This could happen to any ship. As you said p&o or any other cruise line can control the weather and passenger safety is paramount
