Things have changed over the years. Corners are being cut. Expect to pay for things that used to be included. You can't serve yourself at the buffet. What used to be extravagance is now curtailed by efficiency.

Bathroom had slight oder of a public toilet. Balcony was so small you couldn't fit a recliner chair. No ice, cabin was also small but the bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well.

We were on Brilliance earlier this month and you could serve yourself in some areas of Windjammer. We only went there a few times.
