You don't fill out anything, call your agent or RC to confirm you have an obc, and ask them when it will be posted to your onboard account just to be sure

I'm confused...We have never had to fill out forms or apply for our royal OBC in the past. Now you have me worrying that they changed things since our last cruise. We sail in 14 days and I'm expecting some OBC, can anyone confirm if filling out a form/application is necessary?

I also see you were on a 4 night sailing, are you sure this credit applied to your sailing and not 6 nights or longer?

I don't understand "applying" for an OBC, they are part of a promotion that was, offered during your booking period, they are automatically applied to your sign and sail card and you should see it on your TV screen on day 1. onboard credits that come from travel agents are applied on the second day of sailing to your shipboard account. if you didn't receive your s, its possible that you misunderstood the terms and didn't qualify for it. perhaps you booked the day after the promo ended, or it didn't apply to your cabin category. I believe we are talking about Royal Caribbean...I don't know how Carnival does it, but we have always received ours and have never filled out any form or applied for anything...it just appears like magic every time

Did you fill out the forms prior to cruising? I always do it right after booking and never had an issue

Who did you book your cruise with, so we can be warned...
